Plant Health Bulletins (PHB)
Note that PHB is named Bulletins de Santé du Végétal (BSV) in french.
The annotated corpus is updated in the task 4.3 semantic reader of the french ANR project du projet ANR D2KAB -Data to Knowledge in Agronomy en Biodiversity (www.d2kab.org).
This corpus was created in the task archive of the french project untitled VESPA (Value and optimization of epidemiosurveillance devices in a sustainable crop protection strategy) leading by INRA.
One of the goals of the task archive was to build an open archive of Plant Health Bulletins (PHB). A PHB is an information document, both technical and regulatory in nature, written under the responsibility of a regional epidemiological surveillance committee. A PHB gathers information about the health status of crops. It first presents pest risk analysis, and it is also used to disseminate regulatory information (mandatory control order, national notes, regulation evolution, etc.) and non-regulatory information (description of pest biology or prophylactic methods, such as management of intercropping, tillage, choice of cultivars, etc.).
This archive contains some PHBs published after 2009.
The data are available under the french open licence of etalab https://www.etalab.gouv.fr/licence-ouverte-open-licence. This licence it is compatible with the «Open Government Licence» (OGL) of the United Kingdom, the «Creative Commons Attribution 2.0» (CC-BY 2.0) licence of Creative Commons and the «Open Data Commons Attribution» (ODC-BY) licence of the Open Knowledge Foundation.

To access PHB a french thesaurus has been developed called FrenchCropUsage. This is a thesaurus of types of crops, organized according to their destination (direct human food, animal feed, food industry, etc) and the type of culture system (field crop, market gardening, etc.).
